Once registered it is possible to use all nextbike-affiliated bike sharing systems worldwide!
ACTIVATE your account using credit or debit card
All you need is a valid credit or debit card (Mastercard, VISA, Diners, American Express) with sufficient funds to activate the account (for fee info please check the price list).
ACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION by SMS
Subscription can be activated by sending SMS text 30 to 707070.
After paying using SMS please send the confirmation photo or scan of a your ID to sms@nextbike.
You will receive confirmation email for account activation

2. Rent a bike
Scan the QR code on the bike
Unlock the bike in the app and enjoy your ride!
Register yourself on the terminal using a phone number and a PIN code
Enter the number of a bike you want to rent
If the bike is in a rack, take the bike out of the rack and enjoy the ride
3. Return a bike
Find the nearest parking station using the Nextbike app
Return the bike to the official station or a place in the Nextbike rack
Press down the lever on the lock to end the rental
App notification and beep should confirm a successful return
