Types of personal data processed
SUSTAV JAVNIH BICIKALA d.o.o. processes your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, contacting clients and protecting against theft or vandalism.
The personal data collected for the fulfillment of contractual obligations are: user’s first and last name, address, postal code, city, country, and information about the package or option that the user chooses. If the user chooses to register by phone, mobile application, on the terminal, via the website or at partner sales points, copies of ID cards or passports are also collected (copy of the personal data page only).
Personal data collected for contacting clients are: mobile number or landline, and e-mail address.
Personal data collected for protection against theft or vandalism are: copy of ID card or passport (copy of personal data page only).
Purpose, method of processing and storage of personal data
The personal data that is collected: user’s name and surname, address, postal code, city, country, mobile phone number, and e-mail address, as well as information about the package or option that the user chooses, are used exclusively for creating a user account, fulfilling contractual obligations, and billing for the services of the company Sustav javnih bicikala d.o.o. . Copies of identity cards or passports (a copy of the page with personal information only) are collected to check the accuracy of the data, as well as the payment data from the user registration request.
All personal data are used exclusively for the purposes for which they were collected and for which consent was given.
The collected data will not be made available to third parties in any way, except for the purpose prescribed by law.
All personal data become inactive if the user does not use the company’s services for more than 6 months, and can be reactivated by calling the number or e-mail from which consent was given or by writing to the company’s address. In any case, all data are deleted upon termination of the purpose for which they were collected, i.e. upon termination of the contractual relationship, and at the latest upon the expiration of all legal obligations related to the storage of personal data, except in the case of an objection to the product or service within the deadline, until the final completion of complaint procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
Management of consents for the processing of personal data
