How it works
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
Register for free using the nextbike application. Account activation costs €10 and is converted into riding credits visible in the nextbike app.
RENTAL
Scan the QR code on the bike using the nextbike app. To start driving, confirm the rental in the app - the lock will unlock automatically.
PARKING (pause driving)
Want to pause your ride? In the application, select the "Parking" option and then lower the lever on the bicycle lock to lock the bicycle. Remember, your rental doesn't end when you park your bike.
RETURN
The bicycle must be returned to the official parking station marked with a blue pin sign in the nextbike application. To end the ride, lower the lever on the bike lock located on the back of the bike. An additional fee of €30 is charged for ending the ride outside the station. For not locking the bike after the ride, €15 fee might be applied.
